Returns and refunds

We want you to be satisfied with the book. This policy explains when you can return it, how replacements work, and how refunds are paid. It forms part of our terms of sale.

1. Returns within 7 days

You may return an unopened, unused copy within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The book must be in resalable condition — original packaging intact, no writing, markings, folded pages, broken spine or damage.

Because this is a printed book, we cannot accept returns of copies that have been read, marked or otherwise used. This does not affect your rights where a copy is faulty.

2. Damaged or misprinted copies

If your copy arrives damaged, or has a printing or binding fault, we will replace it at no cost to you — no return shipping, no deduction. Email a photograph of the problem to dr.elham@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order reference. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you in full.

3. How to start a return

• Email dr.elham@outlook.com with your order reference and the reason for the return.
• We will confirm the return address and how to send the parcel back.
• Please do not send anything back before we confirm — unannounced returns can go unrecorded.

4. Return shipping costs

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we cover the cost, or replace without a return.
• Change of mind: you cover the cost of returning the parcel, and we recommend a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot refund to a different card or account. We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned copy. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.

Where delivery was charged separately and you are returning a copy because you changed your mind, the delivery charge is not refunded.

6. Cancelling before dispatch

If you change your mind before the parcel has been sent, email us and we will cancel and refund in full. Once a tracking number has been issued, the return process above applies.

7. Multi-copy and bulk orders

Teaching sets and orders of ten copies or more follow the same 7-day condition, but the full set must be returned complete and unopened for a refund. Partial returns of a discounted set are not accepted, since the discount applies to the set as a whole.
